1. Ordering Policy

Advanced Notice: All catering orders must be placed at least 3 business days in advance. For last-minute orders, after-hours, or weekend events please contact Kenny Witte at 314-415-8223 or kwitte1@parkwayschools.net.

Minimum Order Size: A minimum number of servings may be required for catering services. This varies based on the type of item, event, and time of service.

Food Truck Availability: The food truck can be requested for events, subject to availability and a minimum order requirement.

2. Menu Options

Standard Menu: The standard menu is available during regular school hours.

After-Hours/Weekend Menu: A limited menu may be available for after-hours and weekend events.

Special Requests: If you cannot find what you are looking for on the current menu, contact Kenny Witte at kwitte1@parkwayschools.net, we can accommodate nearly any event with enough time!

Special Dietary Needs: Accommodations can be made for dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing Structure: Pricing varies based on the menu selection, number of guests, and additional services such as food truck rental.

Payment Terms: Payment is accepted via cash, check, or account code. Cash or checks may be requested early for large orders.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Individual Payment Processing: events may be requested to be serviced as individually transactional. We accept cash or cards at these types of events.

4. Service Hours

Regular Hours: Catering services are available from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

After-Hours/Weekend Service: Catering is available after 5:00 PM and on weekends by prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply.

5. Food Truck Policies

Scheduling: The food truck must be scheduled at least 5 business days in advance. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Service Location: The truck can be stationed at various locations within the district. Specific locations must be confirmed during the booking.

Menu Customization: The food truck menu can be customized based on the event and audience, but is subject to the truck's capacity and resources.

6. Delivery & Setup

Delivery Times: Deliveries are available during regular hours and can be arranged for after-hours and weekends.

Setup Services: Basic setup is included with all catering orders. Additional setup or service staff can be arranged for an extra fee.

7. Food Safety & Quality

Compliance: All food services comply with local health department regulations and food safety standards.

Temperature Control: All food is delivered and served at appropriate temperatures to ensure safety and quality.

8. Waste & Cleanup

Waste Management: The catering team will manage leftover food waste during and after the event unless otherwise specified.

Cleanup Services: Basic cleanup is included with the catering service.

9. Customer Support

Point of Contact: Kenny Witte at kwitte1@parkwayschools.net or 314-415-8223 will coordinate all catering orders and is the contact for special requests.

Feedback: Customers are encouraged to provide feedback after the event to help improve services.
